for the Polish market

We are looking for a strong salesperson to join our MADARA Cosmetics team. If you are motivated by a fast-growth environment and like to be the owner of the development and implementation of sales strategy, and interested in beauty, this might be the job for you.

You will be responsible for:

▶ giving input of relevant market knowledge/expertise (needed for the development of market strategy);
▶ approaching and attracting potential clients like perfumeries, multi-door beauty stores and online retailers;
▶ growing the existing customers;
▶ execution of sales plans according to the market development strategy;
▶ working closely with the branding and marketing department to help with implementing the market strategy;
▶ reaching and set sales targets.

Position is based in Poland or elsewhere Remotely, in home office or a co-working space.

▶ Polish is your native or second language, other languages are considered as advantage;
▶ Good level of English language (to communicate with home-office in Latvia);
▶ At least 3 years of job experience in the Polish market;
▶ At least 3 years of experience in sales of consumer goods;
▶ Results-oriented, positive and optimistic mindset;
▶ Track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets;
▶ Ability to travel around the territory about 30% of the time – visiting the cities where MADARA Cosmetics products are represented and approaching new clients.
