Bful silky medium/sheer coverage foundation.Blends into ur skin and is true to ots name- skin equal! Lovey product by Madara! My acne spots do not get hidden or covered by it so dont expect that as its not a full coverage.

No shade for my tone

This foundation is wonderful. During the winter months I use sand 40 its a neutral tone. I cant use Madara in the summer because the darker shades all have yellow undertone that is very visible on my neutral skin tone. Please make cool tone and neutral tone foundation for tan women. I would like to keep using Madara but the lack of choice of shades keeps me from going back to buy the foundation line. Skin Equal is a wonderful foundation otherwise.

Good product

I really like this foundation overall. The texture is smooth and lightweight, blends easily into the skin, and feels very comfortable throughout the day. It doesn’t feel heavy or cakey at all, and my skin still looks natural and fresh. The finish is even and flattering, and it works great for normal to dry areas of the face.

However, if you have a very oily T-zone, you might need a mattifying primer or a bit of powder, as it’s not specifically made to control excess oil. That said, for a natural, skin-like look with a comfortable feel, this foundation is a great choice.

I've been using Madara's foundation for almost 10 years now and won't change to other. I looked for a while untilI found a natural one that would feel right and this one was it for me. Iswap betweenSand 40 and 50 in the summer and love it.

Love this foundation! At first I was skeptical, but now I'm converted! It leaves such a beautiful dewy effect on the skin, it's pefect for me and my clients. Great for almost all skin types, maybe just a little caution with oily skin.

This soft glow foundation is very light and just FEELS good for your skin! Don’t know how to explain that…. It just feels GOOD for you! I was so sad because my old organic makeup company went out of business, but now I have found Mádara and I’m so happy????

Spread a small drop of the Skin Equal foundation all over the face for airy, barely-there coverage, blend well with fingers or your preferred applicator. Apply more layers to increase the coverage.

What is the finish and coverage like?

Skin Equal delivers a natural-looking, radiant finish with medium coverage that can be easily adjusted to your desire by applying more layers.

You can also pair it with Luminous Perfecting Concealer if you want a little extra coverage. For a more matte finish, set it with Air Equal Soft Silk Mineral Powder.

What skin types is Skin Equal best for?

While suitable for most skin types, do know that Skin Equal is on the dewier side, so might appear shiny on oily and combination complexions.

Is it a chemical or mineral SPF20?

We only ever use mineral, reef-safe UV filters for broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection that's kind to the skin and the planet.

What is the difference between Skin Equal and Skinonym foundations?

Their difference lies in the finish and formula. Skin Equal has a dewy finish plus mineral SPF15 protection, while Skinonym has a seamless semi-matte finish and is enriched with collagen-supporting peptides. Both foundations are powered by natural pigments and potent skincare actives for better skin with every wear.
